The Lazzoni Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Lazzoni Furniture USA, 154 W 18th Street, New York, NY 10011.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Google, or any third-party platform.

Open only to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, California, Texas, and Washington who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Entrants must be physically located in, and have a valid residential address within, one of these states at entry and prize fulfillment.

Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor (and affiliates/subsidiaries/agencies), plus immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

Subject to federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

The Promotion operates on a recurring monthly basis from April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

• All required fields must be completed.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period.
• Multiple entries via different emails/identities/devices to bypass rules may cause disqualification.
• Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive one (1) Lazzoni armchair (model, finish, and configuration determined solely by Sponsor).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 – $3,000 (depending on model).

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
• No substitutions except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
• If prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC; winner must provide valid tax information as required by law.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 5 business days after each Entry Period ends.

Winner will be notified via email and/or phone.

• Winner must respond within 5 calendar days of notification.
• Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted).
• Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize delivery is available only within NY, NJ, GA, FL, MA, CA, TX, and WA.

Winner must provide a valid residential delivery address located in one of these states.

• Delivery includes standard in-home delivery only where available.
• Additional services (stairs, hoisting, remote locations) may be unavailable or require extra fees at winner’s expense.
• Sponsor is not responsible for delays due to production, logistics, or force majeure events.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at lazzoni.com).

By entering, participants agree Sponsor may use their information to administer the Promotion and for marketing communications (with opt-out available at any time).

California residents have rights under the CCPA, including access, deletion, and opt-out rights.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with entry process, violates these rules, or acts in disruptive/fraudulent manner.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use/misuse of prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action.

Promotion is governed by laws of the State of New York.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Sponsor is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
