Shipping policy

ORDERS must be paid in full. Lead time starts when the orders are paid in full.

STORE/WAREHOUSE PICK UP
The delivery department will contact the customer to schedule the pickup day and time frame. Customer is fully responsible for transporting and loading their merchandise with no assistance from Lazzoni USA employees. Lazzoni USA is not responsible for supplying packaging for floor model pickups.

STORAGE FEES
If the customer is not reachable to schedule or ready for delivery/pick up when the merchandise is ready. A storage fee of 5% of the merchandise applies every month after the first 60 days

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
The delivery date on your order is ESTIMATED. The actual delivery date may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the customer need to reschedule, 48-hour notice is required.
