565 Broome SoHo by Renzo Piano, New York

565 Broome SoHo by Renzo Piano, New York

A sensational luxury condominium that is designed by the world-renowned firm Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW), making it the first residential building in New York City designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano.

For this project, a custom seating unit is designed by Lazzoni for the living area. The custom Mix corner sofa is tailored to fit the signature curved corner of the building that is reflected on the interior.
The low backrest of the Mix sofa creates a comfortable and stylish corner without obscuring the views from floor-to-ceiling windows. Slender metal legs complete the look in the living area with the rest of the articles and create a light look with an elevated sofa base. The burnt orange upholstery details for the custom sofa along with the integrated walnut table are designed in harmony with the rest of the living space, making it the perfect, dynamic fit.
