SALES ORDER LAZZONI UK TERMS and CONDITIONS
_____ ORDERS must be paid in min 50%. Lead time starts when the orders have 50% deposit. Rest of
the order must be paid when the goods arrive at Lazzoni UK warehouse
_____ STORE/WAREHOUSE PICK UP: Delivery department will contact customers to schedule the pick
up day and time frame. Customers are fully responsible for transporting and loading their merchandise
with no assistance from Lazzoni UK employees. Lazzoni UK is not responsible for supplying packaging
for floor model pickups.
_____ STORAGE FEES: If customer is not reachable to schedule or ready for delivery/pick up when the
merchandise is ready. Storage fee of 5% of the merchandise applies every month after the first 60 days
_____ SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY : The delivery date on your order is ESTIMATED. The actual
delivery date may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the customer need to
reschedule, 48 hour notice is required.
_____ CANCELLATION : Orders may be canceled or revised within 3 days of placing the order unless
delivery is scheduled. A 40% restocking fee will apply for any cancellations and/or changes made after
the 3 day grace period.
_____ RETURN POLICY : Merchandise in new condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery with a
40% restocking fee and an additional delivery charge. Floor samples and Clearance items are sold
³AS-IS´and are not returnable.
_____ FLOOR SAMPLES : All floor samples are FINAL sales. There is no grace period for Floor Sample
Sales and they cannot be revised or canceled.
_____ FACTORY WARRANTY : Lazzoni UK offers a Life-Time Warranty on the frame of products from
the date of purchase. For material, mechanism and upholstery (fabrics, leather, foam, lacquer) we offer a
6-year Limited Warranty for material failure. This does not include "Wear and Tear" or "Natural
Characteristics". The warranty does not apply to the mishandling of the merchandise. Self-assembly voids
the warranty. The warranty does not cover lighting. Rugs are under warranty for 30 days. Mattresses are
under warranty for 2 years.
_____ DELIVERY : Lazzoni is not responsible for damages to items that were not properly removed,
prior to our arrival. Our team is not authorized or insured to move items other than the merchandise being
delivered. Delivery crew are not authorized or insured to mount or drill any merchandise on to your wall,
nor do we connect or disconnect any media equipment. Customer is responsible for the furniture you
have purchased fitting through the room, all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways. An additional
fee of 40Pounds per floor will be charged for a walk-up at the time of delivery. If upon delivery, the
furniture does not fit, the customer will be responsible for another delivery fee and a 40% restocking fee.
_____ PACKING SLIP: At the end of delivery please inspect your new furniture carefully. Any damaged
or missing merchandise must be noted on the Packing Slip, prior to the departure of the delivery crew.
There is no refund and recourse if there is no notation on the packing slip. Any clerical errors are subject
to correction. Do not allow the delivery team to leave without inspecting your merchandise and making
necessary notations on the packing slip. If a surrogate receives the merchandise on your behalf, you are
still responsible for making sure all merchandise is accounted for, in satisfactory condition and if
necessary, notations are made on the packing slip. Your surrogate¶s signature is binding.
_____ OVERSIZED PACKAGED ITEMS : Please review and confirm the Oversized Package Delivery
